Website activity and error reporting
Updated August 31, 2026. This notice applies to fixmyspaboard.com, www.fixmyspaboard.com, and fixyourspaboard.com, which serve this website.
Internet Crafters provides reporting so we can understand which public pages people use and spot browser problems. Reporting can include page paths, timestamps, a temporary identifier stored for the browser tab, selected campaign tags, link actions, and structural browser errors. Search and AI crawler reporting records public-page visits, request metadata, and a hashed network address for operational controls. Crawler labels describe claimed user-agent signatures, not verified identities.
Phone and email clicks measure actions started, not connected calls or messages sent. Submit-button clicks and form attempts are counted separately from a form accepted by the server. An accepted-form count does not prove inbox delivery or identify a unique person. Contact totals count actions, not distinct people.
The analytics collector does not receive form answers, uploaded images or their links, phone numbers or email addresses from links, arbitrary URL query strings, or full browser error messages. Your diagnostic request and any uploaded photos still go to the services handling that request; they are separate from analytics. CMS/admin pages and unknown paths are excluded from collection.
With Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled, the collector uses reduced reporting: minute-rounded page views and generic actions, without a session identifier, campaign attribution, contact-action details, or browser-error reporting. It respects disabled collection and browser blocking. These settings do not turn off hosting logs or separate third-party tools.
Raw analytics events are retained for 90 days. Historical aggregates and grouped error records can remain longer. Access is limited to authorized people managing the site. Error alerts stay in the management portal; they do not automatically send error emails or create tickets.
Netlify hosts the site and receives its contact form; Uploadcare handles files you choose to upload. The Internet Crafters portal is hosted by fortrabbit. Hosting providers process network metadata and may keep their own operational logs. The site also loads Google Fonts. See Netlify's privacy notice, Uploadcare's privacy policy, and Google's privacy policy for their separate practices.
Use our contact page if you have questions about your information or want to discuss access, correction, or deletion. This reporting does not change the terms of any diagnostic call or repair you arrange with us.
